Sheba88 takes the stage at The Viper Room alongside her west-coast based, badass full band for a one-night-only live showcase—blending alternative rock, trip hop, and church punk into a raw, sound experience.
This isn’t just a show—it’s a signal flare. With unreleased tracks from her upcoming album No Red Light & some special surprises, Sheba88 and her band deliver a set that swings between sacred and rebellious, ethereal and loud. Think confessional lyrics over distorted grooves, pulsing rhythms, and moments built to shake the room.
Now the real question—
My Gen X family & beyond, can we hang with the millennials ’til the early morning and I’ll play at midnight? (I know I can)
Or should we hit the 7PM slot and be in bed at a reasonable time? (I know I won’t)
Let us know before we lock it in.
Blessed be X3 ✨✨✨
Some tracks don’t just age—they marinate.
Millennium was born in 1998 at Michael Denton’s Studio in Alameda, California—a historic hub that gave rise to Bay Area giants like Sly & the Family Stone, Tower of Power, MC Hammer, and 2Pac. Written by Sheba88 with music by Jamal, the original cut carried that late-‘90s soul: deep basslines, velvet vocals, and a slow-burn rhythm built for backseats and moonlit city drives.
Then came the revival.
More than two decades later, led by Sheba88 with Jamaican Engineer/Producer Dale Virgo and French-Caribbean artist Charly B, Millennium was resurrected through the sacred lens of Rub-a-Dub. This remix is more than a rework—it’s a full immersion in the sound system tradition. Heavy bass. Space to breathe. That rolling, pulsing groove designed for lovers, dancers, and the art of the dutty wine.
This is dancehall stripped down to its essence—sultry, spiritual, and soaked in sweat. A tune to wind up slow, run the dub, and feel every vibration.
A Creative Triangle Production

Reflecting on the journey of Catharsis IX—written and copyrighted in 2016, finalized and tucked away for years, only to find its moment of release in 2020. Time has a funny way of revealing when art is ready to meet the world.
Back in 2013, the conception of Catharsis IX began—a snapshot of love that was raw, electric, and impossible to ignore. Finalized in 2016, it reflected a time when I felt we were a fluid, thriving society, facing the unknown but full of faith that the future would somehow be brighter.
Before the abusive trends of power tried to crush us, there was hope—hope for life, happiness, love, music, and the power to rebuild. Listening now, it feels like a catharsis—a moment to remember and redefine love in all its forms. Listen Now and connect.
Stay Tuned for more Catharsis IX throwbacks throughout December!
Blessed Be X3
